Anyone involved in the care of an individual in the final stages of life may make a referral to LightBridge Hospice.:

	Social Workers

Hospice is fully covered as a specialized benefit under Medicare Part A. Medi-Cal and private insurance companies may also provide hospice benefits. LightBridge can assist you in determining what specific benefits are available from your insurance carrier or health plan.
