A Welcome Letter From Our Founder & CEO

As a registered nurse, I created
LightBridge Hospice to help patients and their families move
through the last stages of life with
grace, strength, hope and comfort.
I have learned that Hospice is
really about cherishing life and
living everyday to its fullest.

I am blessed to work with
an incredible team of skilled
professionals and volunteers
who are fully committed to that
purpose and dedicated to
providing a personalized
program of care and support
for each patient and family we
are privileged to serve.

Although facing a terminal illness
is never easy, we are honored to
walk this very important journey
with you because how you live
your life is important to us.

The LightBridge Experience

The LightBridge Hospice mission is to assist our patients to move through the
last stages of their life with grace, strength, and hope. We believe that each day
can be filled with comfort, peace of mind and precious moments that can be
transformed into memories to be treasured.

We are here to help make this possible; to assist you with all of your individual
needs and to support the loved ones around you, so that you might have more
time to discover the joy and intimacy that comes from living life to the fullest.

We value the creation of an atmosphere of comfort and dignity in which our
patients can, along with their loved ones and care givers, grieve for that which
is lost, celebrate what has brought joy and come to a sense of peace about
whatever the future holds.

LightBridge Hospice was awarded The Joint Commission's
Gold Seal of Approval for compliance with the organization’s
national standards for health care quality and safety.

The Joint Commission is an independent nonprofit
organization that accredits and certifies more than 15,000
health care organizations and programs in the United States.
